Merch is one of those little joys that sneak into everyday life—a coaster that makes you smile mid-coffee, a sticker that finds its way onto your laptop like it always belonged there, a desk mat that somehow makes work feel less like work. It’s not just about branding; it’s about leaving behind something that lingers, something people actually want to keep around.

At FlytBase, I got to explore this world across different mediums—coasters, stickers, desk mats, even spearheading the concept of a gamified merch that turned swag into something interactive. Acrylic prints, MDF boards, Spot UV textures, the endless debate between laminated and glossy finishes—every detail played a part in how people felt when they held a piece of it. Some had to be polished and professional, while others were wonderfully ridiculous (because let’s be honest, the best merch is often the quirkiest).

The real thrill? Seeing these little things out in the world—on desks, in backpacks, on walls—doing what they were meant to do: making the impact a merch is very capable of doing.
